Strength for Life
Your path to a longer, stronger, healthier life
Why Strength Training Matters
Strength training is one of the most powerful interventions for healthspan and longevity. Research shows that maintaining muscle mass and strength as we age is directly linked to reduced risk of chronic disease, better metabolic health, enhanced cognitive function, and increased independence in later years.
The ability to perform 40+ push-ups correlates with a 96% reduced risk of cardiovascular disease. Strong leg muscles predict better mobility and fall prevention. Core strength protects your spine and supports every movement you make.
Your 5 Essential Exercises
This platform helps you master and track the 5 key bodyweight exercises that build comprehensive functional strength. No gym required—just your body and consistency. Your goal is to do as many reps of each of the five core bodyweight exercises per day as you can, and gradually work up to 100 reps of each. Slowly build up over time so you don't injure yourself or have repetitive stress injuries. If you experience any pain, ask the coach for advice on how to make sure you're using proper form and also how to do regressions of the exercises that are less difficult and strenuous. You got this!
